These workshops will take place after Wombankind Festival, but enrolments will close on 26th September, the weekend we gather at Wombankind Festival 2026.

And the reason for that is simple. This offering has been created as a fundraiser for Wombankind Festival 2026.

100% of every purchase goes directly towards helping us fund this year’s festival and bring this gathering of women into physical form.

Wombankind Festival is independently created and completely community funded. It is built through the women who come, the people who contribute their time and work - and the wider community who believe that spaces for women to gather, connect, learn and remember together - are worth supporting.

And I know that not everyone who believes in what we’re creating can physically be there.

You might live on the other side of the country or the other side of the world. You might have children at home. The timing might not work. The finances of travelling to a festival might not be possible right now.

It will consist of specific prompts, questions, observations and things I want you to begin sitting with and journalling around before we gather in the live workshops.

Some of what we’re going to explore asks us to look at things differently...

So the prompt questions are there to support your opening to this work.

I want to give you enough space to actually sit with those questions rather than throwing them at you for the first time during our workshop - so your preparation prompts will arrive in the first week of October, giving you almost two weeks to notice, journal, question and open your mind to what we’re going to explore together. So when you arrive in the live, you have already started the conversation with yourself.

Cycles. Body. Intuition. Maternal lineage.

This workshop is identifying the intuitive knowing - the one that lives beneath all the distraction, the conditioning, the expectation and the fear - beneath everything you’ve been taught you should want, should believe and should be.

As women, we are cyclical beings living within a world that largely expects us to operate in a straight line...

Produce. Perform. Achieve. Repeat.

Same energy. Same capacity. Same output.

But women don’t work like that!

We cycle.

We expand and contract. We create and release.

We move outward and inward.

We birth. We shed. We rest. We begin again...

For women who menstruate, we have an incredibly physical expression of that cycle moving through our bodies,

yet most of us were never actually taught how to understand it.

And if you don’t menstruate, this work still belongs to you.

Menopause. Pregnancy. Breastfeeding. Hysterectomy. Contraception. Irregular cycles.

Menstruation is one expression of cyclical living.

It isn’t the cycle itself.

In The Woman Who Knows: Cycling Wisdom - we will explore how to find your way back through your body - through the moon, the seasons, your emotional rhythms and the patterns already moving through your life.

And we’ll go deeper into intuition - because not every strong feeling is intuition...

Fear can be fucking loud and conditioning can feel like truth.

Wanting something badly enough can feel like a knowing.

So how do we actually recognise the difference? This workshop dives in to this question.

We’ll also turn toward our maternal lineage — our mothers, grandmothers and the women before them —

exploring what has travelled down that line.
